UNGU

Ungu is a band whose members Pasha (Sigit Purnomo SS / singer), Makki (Makki O. Parikesit/bass), Enda (Franco Medjaya Kusuma/gitar), Onci (Arlonsy Miraldi/gitar), and Rowman (M. Nur Rohman / drums). This music group founded in 1996, with Makki as the sole initial personnel who are still active today. Until 2007 they have produced 4 albums and 2 mini albums.
Ungu first album was released July 6, 2002 titled LAGUKU. Previously, Ungu participate fill out 2 songs (Hasrat and Bunga) on a compilation album together KLIK Lakuna, Borneo, Picnic, and Energy. Although somewhat successful, their debut album received the Platinum Award after nearly 2 years this album was released.
The second album was released in December 2003 titled TEMPAT TERINDAH who sponsor the song Karena Dia Kamu
MELAYANG, their third album was released in December 2005. This album is a record with pocketed double platinum (selling over 300,000 copies) in the first months of its circulation. Echoes song mainstay of this third album, This Time extended to the neighbor country and grabs 4 companies that wanted the right labels Malaysia orbit.
SURGAMU mini album was released in September 2006 to welcome the month of Ramadan 1427 H. In the first week, the album sold 150 thousand copies printed.
The fourth regular album titled Purple UNTUKMU SELAMANYA released in four countries in Asia. The album that relies on track Kekasih Gelapku, Cinta dalam Hati, Apalah Arti Ijinkan Aku Cinta and was released on August 9, 2007 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, August 10, 2007 in Singapore, August 12, 2007 Hong Kong, and the peak August 15, 2007 in Jakarta, Indonesia .
